At Soul & Space, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned with all original packaging, labels and accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@soulandspace.co.uk before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@soulandspace.co.uk.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged items where the damage was not caused during delivery.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.

Any item returned without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets our return conditions.
Return Address
Please do not return products to the address shown on our website or company registration.
As many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, the correct return address may vary depending on the product.
