Shipping Policy
Soul & Space is a trading name of Nova Ledger Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Thank you for shopping with Soul & Space. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products ordered and the shipping option selected.
Where free shipping is available, this will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct before completing their order.

While we will do our best to amend your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.
Soul & Space cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@soulandspace.co.uk.
We will work with our fulfilment partners and delivery providers to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
